THE LITTLE BAKERY
The Little Bakery is the heart of Corner of the Sky.

It is a small artisan bakery focused on simple, carefully made food — fresh bread, pastries, cookies, bagels, and seasonal ingredients sourced locally whenever possible.

Everything begins with the flour. Each day we bake small batches of bread and pastries, prepared by hand and served fresh from the counter.

Guests visit to pick up fresh, baked goods to take to the beach, or have breakfast in the bakery.

THE BITE
Our signature alpine chocolate chunk cookie — crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, and loaded with melting chocolate. It’s called The Bite for a reason.

THE BAGEL
slow-fermented, hand-rolled, and baked fresh each morning. Crisp on the outside, soft and chewy within, with just the right bite.

THE VICTORIA
Our specialty brew of two Arabic coffees, delicately infused with cardamom. Warm, aromatic, and deeply grounding, with a spice that lingers just enough to be remembered

ESPRESSO DRINKS
Crafted with espresso beans from Noppily, Italy, delivering a smooth, balanced cup with depth and character. Served as you like it — espresso, latte, cappuccino, or americano.

BANANA CHOCOLATE CHUNK LOAF
A moist, tender banana loaf layered with alpine chocolate mixed into our sourdough batter. Baked slowly to bring out its natural sweetness and depth of flavor.
